(For example: if you’re buying 3 packs of 18” Kera-Links in color 613, but we’re out of stock, we’ll upgrade you to 3 packs of 22” Kera-Links in 613 for the same price.)

Loyalty Rewards

Customers who spend at least $1800 in a calendar year are automatically enrolled in the Clip In Loyalty Rewards program. When you reach Rewards status, we will notify you with a loyalty welcome package. If you’re unsure about your status, or if you’d like to check on the details of your enrollment, visit the Rewards section of your Account Info page.

Applicable purchases towards the $1800 eligibility requirement include purchases made on donnabellahair.com or humanhair-extensions.org, and orders placed directly with Clip In customer service representatives. Anything purchased via these channels, including admittance to Pro Series events, is applicable. Merchandise purchased outside of these channels, say, at trade shows or third-party sites, are not applicable.
