Can my product be returned?

If your product...

  • was purchased within the last 30 days, is resellable as new in its original packaging, and has never been applied, colored, or worn

  • is deemed defective by Donna bella within 30 days of purchase

...then it may be returned.

How do I return my product:

1. Call a stylist representative to begin the process. Our number is 1-888-424-7548 and we are available Monday–Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.
2. Get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from customer service.
3. Send the package to us at the address below. Include your RMA number, name, address, and phone number with the package.
4. Call customer service and provide them with the tracking number of your package.
5. The return or exchange will then be processed within 2–3 business days after receipt.

Please note:

Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original condition and resellable as no. No exceptions.

Always inspect the quality before installation. We are unable to accept hair that has been colored, chemically treated, installed, or used due to sanitation and safety concerns.

You are responsible for shipping charges to and from Clip In, unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly. We also charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items requiring a refund. Exchanged items, however, do not incur this fee.

Shipping is non-refundable unless Clip In makes a shipping error.

We may not be able to process returns without an RMA number, so please be sure to include it with your return.

We will replace any defective products within 30 days of the purchase date. After the product is returned, we will ship a replacement to you at our expense.

I need hair now!

At Clip In, we understand that you don’t want to go too long without your gorgeous hair. Therefore, please note that exchanges and returns may take up to two weeks to process. Please plan accordingly when returning or exchanging items.

However, in order to get you your hair right away, we will allow you to repurchase the correct items so they can ship to you immediately. You will still need to get an RMA number and return the original product to us. When we receive the original product at our warehouse, we will credit your account in full.
